Q: How to purchase?

 

  1. Click the “Add to cart” button on the product you wish to purchase.

  2. Click “Continue Shopping” if you wish to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed if you would like to purchase. 

  3. You need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account, you can register an account before you proceed with your order.

  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” to proceed.

  5. Select your shipping method and click “next”.

  6. Choose your payment method and click “next”.

  7. Reconfirm all your details and agree on the terms and conditions.

  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q: How to change my personal account information and shipping address?

       

    Log-in to your account- Click on “Account Maintenance”- Edit your account information and shipping address here.

 

 

Q: I forget my password for my account. How to retrieve it?

 

  1. Click on “Lost password?” and fill in your email address that you have registered for your account in the box.
  2. Click “Submit”.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you via email. Once you received the token, you will be able to create a new password for your account.

 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order that has been made?

       

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Please send an email to our customer service: inquiry@laureadov.my with the title of “Request to cancel order” to inform us about the order cancellation. The order that is in shipping mode or shipped condition cannot be cancelled.

 

 

Q: What is the transaction currency?

       

     All transaction currency will be done in MYR.

 

 

Q: How long does the delivery usually take?
