Unagi No Tare Eel Sauce
Nihon Shokken Unagi No Tare Eel Sauce is imperative to create a delicious, crispy, yet flavour some grilled eel. This sauce is sweet, with a soy sauce base, and is basted over the eel prior to cooking. Serve in a black lacquer box for a seriously impressive finish.
The sauce is slightly thicker and savoury as compared to teriyaki sauce and it pairs well on chicken wings as well. Contains alcohol.
