Description

Dried marinated mustard is a traditional Chinese cooking material. It is made from the stems and leaves of potherb mustard or other mustard greens, salted and air-dried.
The fresh pickles that have not been dried after pickling are yellowish in color, mellow and tender, and contain 0.15% of amino acids, 0.34% of total sugars, and 0.25% of total nitrogen. Each 100 grams contains 250 mg of calcium, 31 mg of phosphorus, 3.1 mg of iron, and 0.04 mg of vitamin B. The dried marinated mustard is brown and has a unique aroma of dried vegetables. Dried plums are often used for steaming, braising in oil, and broth. Food can relieve heat, clear internal organs, and promote appetite.

梅干菜,是一种中国传统烹饪原料。使用雪里蕻或其他芥菜种类的茎叶,用盐腌制风干而成。
经腌制后未晒干的鲜咸菜色泽黄亮、味醇香、质鲜嫩,含氨基酸0.15%,总糖0.34%,全氮0.25%。每百克含钙250毫克,磷31毫克,铁3.1毫克,维生素B0.04毫克。梅干菜常用来清蒸、油焖、烧汤,食之能解暑热,清脏腑,生津开胃。
