Return / Refund Policy

We will accept the request of return / refund of your purchase with the condition if there is manufacturing defect only (excluding any defect that is due to delivery process or third-party damage, which is out of our control). Before you as the purchaser who request for refund / return the product to us, you have to submit a formal request thru email by providing the information or details as below:


  1. Date of Purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase.
  3. Invoice / Receipt of Purchase (Must be under our company letterhead and the invoice / receipt number must be clearly visible).
  4. Proof of delivery, receipt of delivery or the AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number of courier delivery.
  5. Photos to show the manufacturing defect clearly, for example, if the product is already expired when you received the delivery, please take a photo to show the expiry date and another photo of the entire product.
  6. Please provide clear description in your email about the manufacturing defect that you discovered.
  7. Please provide your full name and your complete contact details, such as your mobile phone number, residential address / delivery address.
  8. Please email all details and photos to info@pihapi.com


After your email, you may please send a WhatsApp message to +60362117124 in order to ensure that your email is duly received by us. We may require you to return the defective product to our office address as below if necessary. Please note that we do not hold any responsibility on the cost of return.

Note: We require 14 days to examine and investigate your request for return or refund after we received your email.


We will notify you via email or WhatsApp after our investigation, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect (with the condition if it is proven that your complaint is genuine). For replacement, we will deliver the product to your original delivery address at our own cost via standard courier service and for refund, we will refund the purchase price to you by using the original method of payment only.
